The Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Bill 2022 received Royal Assent on 6 December 2022 and significantly amends the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth). Some of the new laws come into effect on 7 December 2022, whereas many others take effect over the next 12 months.  The Fair Work Ombudsman has produced a great summary of
